Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

A) Electrician Gr-III (NE-03)

• Education: SSC (10th) + ITI (Electrician) – NTC + Valid License (CEA Regulations 2023)
• Experience: 1 year after ITI (or Apprenticeship Certificate)
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years (relaxable)
• Pay Scale: ₹23,400 – 3% – ₹42,420

B) Mechanic-Cum-Operator (Fitter) Gr-III (NE-03)

• Education: SSC (10th) + ITI (Fitter) – NTC
• Experience: 1 year after ITI (or Apprenticeship Certificate)
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years
• Pay Scale: ₹23,400 – 3% – ₹42,420

C) Mechanic-Cum-Operator (Welder) Gr-III (NE-03)

• Education: SSC (10th) + ITI (Welder) – NTC
• Experience: 1 year after ITI
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years
• Pay Scale: ₹23,400 – 3% – ₹42,420

D) Mine Foreman-I (NE-08)

• Education: Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying + Valid Mine Foreman / Manager Certificate
• Alternate Option: SSC + Valid Certificate + 3 years experience
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years
• Pay Scale: ₹26,900 – 3% – ₹48,770

E) Sel. Grade Mine Foreman (NE-09)

• Option 1: B.E./B.Tech (Mining) + Valid Certificate + 1 year experience
• Option 2: Diploma (Mining & Mine Surveying) + Valid Certificate + 3 years experience
• Option 3: SSC + Valid Certificate + 6 years experience
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years
• Pay Scale: ₹27,600 – 3% – ₹50,040

F) Mine Mate Gr-I (NE-05)

• Education: SSC (10th) + Mine Mate Certificate (Unrestricted)
• Experience: 3 years as Mine Mate in a reputed mining company
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years (relaxable up to 53 years for experienced candidates)
• Pay Scale: ₹24,800 – 3% – ₹44,960

G) Blaster Gr-II (NE-04)

• Education: SSC (10th) + Blaster’s Certificate (Unrestricted)
• Experience: 1 year as Blaster in a Mining Organization
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Pay Scale: ₹24,100 – 3% – ₹43,690

Selection Process

• Computer-Based Online Test (common for all posts on same day)
• Document Verification for shortlisted candidates
• Final Merit based on test performance and eligibility verification
