🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Minimum 18 years as on date of application.
- Qualification: Regular candidates who completed ITI/Diploma/Graduation in 2024-25.
- Candidates who already underwent apprenticeship or have work experience ≥1 year are not eligible.
- Only Indian institutions recognized by NCVT/SCVT/AICTE/UGC are valid.
💰 Stipend
As per Government norms under OM DGT-36/1/2021-AP dated 15.09.2025 (Apprenticeship Amendment Rules 2025).

- Visit the Apprenticeship India Portal.
- Create a new account under the “Apprentice” section.
- Login and search for establishment name Defence Institute of Bio-Energy Research (DIBER) Cell, DIPAS-DRDO.
- Use Establishment ID: E09200500022.
- Select your trade and click “Apply”.
- Offline applications will not be accepted.
