Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 33 years
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- SC/ST: +5 years
- PwBD: +10 to 15 years
- Ex-Servicemen: as per rules
Educational Qualification
- Junior Engineer: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in relevant engineering stream.
- JE (IT): Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / ECE.
- DMS: Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science.
- CMA: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Metallurgy.
(Final year students awaiting results are not eligible.)

Candidate must be:
- Citizen of India / Nepal / Bhutan, OR
- Tibetan refugee settled in India before 01.01.1962, OR
- Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries intending to settle permanently in India.
