Note: Vacancies are tentative and may increase/decrease or be interchanged within functional cadre limits at the discretion of AAI.
Eligibility
- Nationality: Only Indian nationals (preference to Delhi/NCR).
- Educational Qualification: Full-time regular four-year engineering degree or three-year diploma in relevant streams; three-year regular degree for general streams; from AICTE/GOI-recognized institutions.
- Year of Passing: 2021 or later.
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 24 Nov 2025.
- Experience: Candidates with prior apprenticeship or 1 year+ job/training after essential qualification are not eligible.
Selection Process
- Provisional shortlisting on merit.
- Final selection after interaction/document verification and submission of Medical Fitness Certificate at joining.
- Communication to shortlisted candidates via registered email only (check Inbox & Spam).
- Posting at RCDU/FIU/CRSD & E&M Workshop and related units at Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi.
Reservation (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) as applicable will be followed. No TA/DA. No application fee. Apprenticeship does not confer any right to employment.

- General stream (B.Com/BA/B.Sc/BBA) candidates: Email your application as a single PDF to ipaggarwal@aai.aero.

- Apprentices will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 and AAI policies during training.
- Vacancy numbers are indicative; AAIโs decision is final in all matters.
- Candidates applying for more than one discipline will be rejected.
- Influence/Canvassing will disqualify candidature.
- In case of dispute, English version of the notice prevails.
